Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arizonaregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and the statutory agent services ("Services") offered by Arizona Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," or "our"). Accessing the Site or purchasing Services means you accept these Terms.

1. What We Provide

Arizona Registered Agent.co delivers statutory agent services in the state of Arizona:

• A physical Arizona street address satisfying Corporation Commission requirements for statutory agent designations
• Acceptance of service of process and official correspondence at that address during regular business hours
• Same-day scanning and electronic delivery of received documents
• An online vault where all scanned documents are stored and accessible
• Compliance monitoring for Corporation Commission notices and correspondence

We do not offer legal advice, tax preparation, entity formation filing, or representation before courts or agencies.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business entity you are enrolling. Information provided during signup must be accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Service costs $99 per year, billed at enrollment and annually thereafter
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice before your renewal
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved

4. Service Period

Your annual term begins at enrollment and renews automatically. We send a reminder before each renewal. Cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future charges.

5. Cancellation

• Cancel by emailing support@arizonaregisteredagent.co before your renewal date
• Service continues through the end of the current paid period
• No partial refunds except at our discretion
• You must file a new statutory agent designation with the Corporation Commission upon cancellation

6. Your Obligations

• Provide and maintain accurate entity and contact information
• Retrieve forwarded documents promptly and respond to legal matters within applicable deadlines
• Maintain your entity in good standing with the Corporation Commission independently
• Use our address exclusively for statutory agent purposes (not general mail or marketing)

7. Document Handling

• Accepted during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MT)
• Scanned and emailed the same business day in most cases
• We have no responsibility for the content or legal implications of documents received
• Physical originals retained 90 days post-scan, then securely destroyed

Arizona Registered Agent.co is not a law firm and does not render legal advice. Consult a licensed Arizona attorney for legal questions.

9. Liability Cap

• Total liability for all claims is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Registered Agent.co, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

Arizona law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in Arizona courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting with a new effective date. Continued use after posting means acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and Arizona Registered Agent.co regarding the Services.
